Extra Info:
Sulcorebutia tiraquensis v. oenantha is ver common around Totora with its typical form, with usually green bodies and red or violet flowers. Further to the south, the plants are smaller and often reddish coloured. The flowers there are mostly violet. The whole population is very diverse and it seems to be impossible to find two equally looking plants.(this is more or less a comment W. Rausch made at the end of his article to S. pampagrandensis, but it applies for most of the localties of this variety).
